Welcome to our first post! The title of this first post should be Changes. As you’ve probably noticed, there have been a lot of changes going on at the store. On National Scrapbook Day, everyone got to meet the new partners, Krystal and Aida. Their enthusiasm has already brought new life to the store. If you haven’t had a chance to meet them, stop in and say hello. The store is filling up with the latest merchandise from new companies like Kaiser Craft, Glitz and Clear Scraps (don’t you just LOVE their acrylic albums?) as well as new lines from old favorites such as Basic Grey, Heidi Grace and K & Co. And last, but not least, we have a new website and a new e-mail look.
To say the least, we’ve had a busy year. It started with Winter CHA (Craft and Hobby Association) trade show in Anaheim in February. There we saw hundreds of scrapbooking vendors- it is impossible to name them all or to carry every one of them in the store. Then getting ready for National Scrapbook Day and the new website. And starting a blog was something that I always wanted to do- and finally, here it is! Let us know what you think, what products you’d like to see or classes you’d like to take.
We have some big plans for the store: new products, contests, challenges and great classes. We’ll have guest bloggers (maybe soon, like this week- hint, hint). In September, we’ll have an “unveiling of the holidays” party and show off all the new Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas papers and embellishments. A GIANT wall of patterned paper; our great selection of papers has been called “Endless Scrapbooking” by many who’ve passed through our doors! We are committed to bring you the best while helping you preserve those precious memories to be handed down for generations to come.
